Stones Disability Services is currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced NDIS Manager to join our growing team in Brisbane Bayside. As a key leadership role within our organisation, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our services, support our frontline staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in disability services, preferably with experience in Short Term Accommodation (STA), Support Coordination, or NDIS compliance. You’ll play a vital role in building a positive team culture, enhancing service delivery, and working closely with participants and their families to support their NDIS goals.
